How to successfully install these application?

I know this is going to come off as a very, very newbie question but I can't seem to install the following on my XP. Help.

I don't know which dock you're using, but normally you'd have to right-click on the dock, go to "Add Item" (exact text may be different, this is for RocketDock), and look for the docklet in that menu. All this, assuming that you've already copied the docklet folder to the "Docklets" folder in your dock's installation directory (On my computer, for RocketDock, it's -"D:Program Files (x86)RocketDockDocklets"; this path may vary for you). Hope this helped!

And, I remember seeing nice AVG icons in the OSX-e forums, specifically in the Icon Request thread. The forum's down currently due to being updated. You can go check there later.

Edit: Sorry for not noticing which forum the thread is in...These instructions should work for RK Launcher as well (with different paths, etc)
