don't ever cross the icon with text like that, we understand by the link at the bottom that it is a ICO and PNG. The shadow is severe, lower it and bring it towards the bottom, shadow should not appear on the top of the icon, other then that, nice sign.

the shadow on the mox is too harsh, the white bevels on the folders don't look good, maybe make them insets instead of popping out?
