Hey just use the Vista Transformation Pack 6. It will change almost everything from XP look to Vista. Its alot easier and its also safe.

yea im trying to find out how to do it too. But Icon Packager works good for me, but the problem is i found some really cool icons on the net which are not in icl format. soo... yea. mm let me know when you find the answer thanks.

or you can also try Icon packager go to the setting and check the option "use large icons" you can also adjust the size as u wish
