mikeskid Posted October 6, 2004 Report Share Posted October 6, 2004 Hi, I'm looking for pngs (and/or icons) of the older purple gradient folder icons and anything else that may have been included in those sets from the Classic Macintosh sets... might anyone know where I could get these? I know I saw them in a screen shot within the last two months, but a search like that would take forever, and as I don't know the technical term it'd be quite hard to find them just on Google. I'll keep looking, but any and all help would be appreciated... bad example here, and here. ja450n Posted October 6, 2004 Report Share Posted October 6, 2004 those are OS 8.5 / 9 icons. they are also referred to as Copland, (code name for OS 8) you can get the 8.0 / 8.5 icons at +++M's Factory+++ ( Section 09 : Warehouse) this page has been a great resource for mac themes, since before OS X was beta. (hence, it's in the "History Of Aqua - Parts 1 Thru 4") Link to comment
