Are there any specifics you are after, you've asked a rather broad question

If you have pixadex (from iconfactory.com) you can convert any icon format (ico, png, mac icon etc) to icns format.

Let me know what sort of icons you may be after and I'll see what I can do

I would recommend http://www.interfacelift.com http://www.pixelgirlpresents.com and http://www.iconfactory.com as starter sites for icons, which do have mac icons.

I need some icns to custumize a Mac on System 9.

I have download the fantastic set ACR by McDo Design .

but after decompress they on OSX whan I go on a Mac with system 9

all I can see are simple folder with the name icons.

I customizing my G4.

I use classic as os.

For theme mod I use Kaleidoscope and A-Dock X.

What I need is more icons to change my more work folder.
