piniata
been looking around and couldn't find anything so...has anyone developed an app that emulates the way that messageboxes 'flip out' (can't think of a better way to describe it) from their titlebars on OSX?cheers-pini. Khalua
I know what're you talking about .... but... There is no app to do such thing Link to comment
piniata
recon it could be made by some hero? Link to comment
Ali C.
...Which is sad because every dialog having its own window is pretty frickin stupid. I bet even Vista still does it. Link to comment
piniata
and i imagine that you can move the window around while the box is active.. instead of having to close the box before you move the main window out of the way!and, wasn't there something called Snarl or something similar that could manipulate programs' messageboxes.. maybe something could be made on that basis (if it even exists(?)) dreamsINdigital
I would describe it as more of a rolling effect. You can achieve a similar effect with Stardock WindowFX I believe. Link to comment
duyvan82
yeah but you can't have it popping out of the main window, as it does on OSX Link to comment
piniata
it could be done if someone knew how to manipulate messageboxes, right? Link to comment

Croat
That's pretty cool. Is that effect by default on OSX? I would like to have something similar on windows too. Link to comment
