V1.1 Build #4 - 411:

- BugFix, FindeXer does not return focus to the previously focused window when using the "HotTracking" mode.

- BugFix, FindeXer will display a Tooltip even if it is not visible.

- BugFix, Dragging an Item out of FindeXer would result in a spike in CPU/Resource usage and it would take 2-3 seconds

for the space to be removed from FindeXer.

- Improved UI : Tooltips will now display for items while dragging into the FindeXer window. So in "Image Only" mode you

will know on which Item you are Dragging/Dropping.

- New Features - test it out to find out what they are

How can I change the border thickness, to let it look more macish like. I don't mean the "tick 3d frame" oder "thin frame". I saw some screenshots, where the border ware more macish like.

Stony, I believe that's most likely the 'no frame' selection and the visual style is creating that. At least that's the way it looks on mine using Samui.

The only drawback i see is having to install those Microsoft extras that always tend to load you up with a lot of bloated files seldom needed or used.

But in this case, it's way better than .NET IMHO

@ nausiashredsyrhead: That's exactly what we're talking about. But afaik there is [at the moment] no way to do that with FindeXer. Maybe it can be done with the next update...

In the comments to FindeXer nightly build #3, Tom has written the following on April, 10:

It is coming, it has gone some major rewrites (i will post about it later this week) and so was delayed a little.

just to give you an idea of how much has been added/rewritten - i am currently at build 532 of V1.1.0.4 - which eventually be released as V1.1.0.5.

There are no FindeXer's folder in my Application Data. What's the files in that folder.

Since this app. ported, I can't get it worked. :_(

@ delta909: There's no need for a version of FindeXer for Vista because Vista already has built-in such a feature. Just open "My Computer" and there it is. Okay, it doesn't look exactly like FindeXer, but in general, it's the main thing.
