[request] Shadow Like Ave's Apps

i want to add shadows to my objectbar's menus but yz wont shadow it so could someone show tell me how to add a shadow to those menus by giving the menu background file in the themes folder a shadow(i have photoshop)

or perhaps i could send the file to someone to do it for me?
