K, here ya go....

Danimator's Panther System Mod and Skins and Stuff Pack v1.0.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For Windows Media Center Edition 2002/2004 Sp1 and Windows XP Pro Sp1 ONLY. (all files updated to today, so has most recent files).

This pack was made to mimic Mac Osx Panther 1:1 as closely as possible. (Where possible in windows, and where reference screenies were available).

VERY IMPORTANT, In the .zip file is a README.txt file containg all the instructions and Credits, so read it carefully!

This Pack includes:

-Modded System Files.

-Updated versions of my Panther and Jaguar Windowblinds 4.3 Skins.

-Updated versions of my iChat and iChat-AV skins. (Including real iChat sounds and Emoticons). And iChat Jaguar by Little_Tiger too .

-Real Panther sounds.

-Real Panther cursors.

-Real Panther screensaver.

-Apple Dvdplayer skin for Windvd 5 or 6.

-Panther skins for NeXplorer 1.90 and 1.87.

-Aquadock 1:1 Panther Dock BG.

-Fonts

-Panther/Jaguar Wallpapers

-Screenshots (so ya know what it should all look like;)

:lol: You know this is great Danimator, but I can help but think, shouldn't you have waited for SP2 to come out before releasing this? I mean I really don't know what has changed, but it would just seem like less work for you my friend if you had waited...but what do I know :rolleyes: . Ok..finally I can come in the open..

I love this pack..I've been dying to get this close to Mac Os..

(and I just started working with PearPc so any closer it can't be)..

Dan did a really wonderfull job. I love finding him..so he can hate me more!...

and thanks to his inspiration I've made iChat Jaguar style..and making iChat Siro!..

both for trillian pro 1 and 2...

ok..here you guy have a minor too...pls don't overflow it..

alright i LOVE flyakite's system pack, but this is soooo much closer to 1:1 ... should i run flyakite's uninstaller first, or will these files run/look okay installed on top of/side by side with flyakite's files?

danimator ... thank you for such hard work ... these are breathtaking.

hey little_tiger, thanks for your excellent trillian skins ....

the link didn't work and i tried both left- and right-clicking it ... maybe your bandwith is already exceeded? i don't know. just thought i'd let you know...

Just installed this mod...but I have two MAJOR porblem:

1. My start menu bar is completely gone...even when I hit the window key..no start menu showing up.

2. I can't move files/folders from one place to another (the desktop..or any other folder ) using drap/drop, in fact I don't know how else I can do it?

Please help!!!! I am going crazy!!!

Ok, I think you did a mistake when Replacing the Comctl32 files. (why I know. Cause I'm the one that test all of those and they never worked for me!! NEVER...and I change them the way Dan wanted and you showing me how and still nothing.)..

If I'm right..If Dan left the undo Replacer in the file...do this

Bootup via Your windows Xp pro Cd...press for "R" for repair...go to you C:/Windows folder. Looks for BATCH UndoReplacer...

That is what I always used if I get an error..And also..you can do..before doing that...try to replace all the Comctl32 file (in the OSx panter system folder)..once again..and the right way that it's explained in the first readme the last part of the text file..

and reboot...

see if that helps..if not..try the UndoReplacer. if doesn't exist..I will talk with Dan about that..

hey dan, I finished installed all your system files, and this mod is awsome, thanks for your hard work and share with us, but I have a small font problem, see screenie:

fonts seems little bit too big for tags. and when I go to advanced apprearance--icon-, I dont have Lucida sans unicode, weird...

could you please tell me what's going on with this font problem?

Thank God. I juss PM'd Dan telling him I was gonna use it anyways, wat's the worst that could happen. Is there anything I should kno about before installing this pack?
