Vista Start Button

As most of you know the bottom or top side of a vista start menu button msstyle is cut off, I was wondering if somone could make a widget where if the start button is hovered over it lights up, just like it would if it was a wblinds theme, of course would be able to click through the widget so you could click the actual start menu.

You may be able to do this with Ave's start menu docklet (see wincustomize) through one of the effectlets in desktop properties? Just a quick thought

Presumably you've had a look at vistastart? It seemed to be a very neat solution when I checked it out. Worked well.
