juno
Maybe I have been kept out of the know on this one and am going to look an idiot posting this, but I don't really care:For one a person a ticket to WWDC costs: $1,595That seems like quite a bit of cash to me. If I wanted to, I could get a top quality pro DSLR for that much, or a very nice, top of the line lens. Maybe even a Macbook to go along with my Macbook Pro? Who knows.Could someone please inform me why this costs so effing much?http://developer.apple.com/wwdc/registration.html Link to comment
AndreasV
Because it's for developers, not for the ordinary apple-geek. You pay for what you get. Link to comment
Duckie
You have to figure, you might make some of that back with free Merch' and publicity. Also, you get to hob-nob with the likes of Steve Jobs and Woz(if he's there). That's worth it to me. Link to comment
Ellada
if you can buy a mac you can buy a ticket to go to wwcd Link to comment
