rjohnstone
Yea... it was Flash Dock, but I know it hasn't been available for ages. There was one called Orbit or Orbits that would run on ME with the .NET 1.1 libraries installed. Not sure if that's still around either. Link to comment
wizard
Didn't Y'z Dock work on 98+? Link to comment
icefireicefire
Orbit isn't really a duck..... Quack! (I meant dock...)Thanks! I found icemans, am going to try it out...About y'z dock: I don't think so. Ertai88
Didn't Y'z Dock work on 98+? I thought it was for XP only.. Just remember, no redistributing. Link to comment
wizard
I thought it was for XP only.. Just remember, no redistributing. I was just inquiring. Besides, there's always the apparent legal counterpart that someone ripped off that stole all the credit . I believe you are correct about the XP only. It's been so long. Link to comment

icefireicefire
Like Google cares... Link to comment
Dream_Team
Well then it's google's affair, not ours if we don't say a link Google can't be attacked thus, it only provides an search, not the downloadable file. And I don't think an decent Dock is possible in Win98, coz it just miss many APIs that are included into Win2k & WinXP (you can't set the opacity of an window in 98, so I don't think alpha blending will be supported.) PS : If your machine is too slow to run WinXP, then Orbit might be too slow to use (I remember it was wery ressource intensive) Link to comment
