Resizing Album Cover in CAD

Yo peoples, i need some help. Firstly, sorry to the mods if this isn't in the right place, i didn't really know where to put it. Anyways, i just downloaded CAD (Cover Art Display) and i want to resize the template its using (you know, the PNG image....hard to explain). I resized it, but there is apparently something in the INI file that needs editing. That's where my problem lies, as i cannot find where it would be.

To resize the skin & cover, just do this:

Control panel -> Case and Cover -> Zoom: xx% | Witdh: xx Height: xx | Top: xx Left: xx
