GPS to Bluetooth

I am looking for an iPhone application that will output GPS data via the bluetooth in NMEA 0183 format. I have a Blue2CAN device for a Nikon camera, this receives GPS data via bluetooth and geotags the image. I currently carry a BT GPS and would really like to use the iPhone GPS capabilities for this. This system does not require pairing, it is just looking for NMEA 0183 formatted sentences.
