mvosx1094
yeah I can help u this has happened to me so many times it ain't funny, what causes this is your iTunes Library Database File (.itl) became corrupted, in order to fix this problem follow these steps. 1: Copy all ur Music files and/or your movies and apps to a safe place, like an external drive. 2: Delete your current iTunes folder in your music folder, make sure iTunes isn't open when u do this. 3: This will make sure this doesn't happen again, uninstall iTunes. 4: Restart the pc, then get a new copy of iTunes on apple.com, then once installed go to file>add folder> then find where u put ur music files, once it's in there organize ur library and should be fixed. Message me if u need more help. Link to comment
Sartre
Look in itunes preferences->Advanced tab to see where the itunes directory is supposed to be, just to make sure. Link to comment
