It SHOULD be in Control Panel>System and Maintenance>System. Near the top, it should specify what version of Windows you're using and what service pack. Link to comment

In this folder there will be a section that will say "system Edition", and under which it will say Service Pack _ Link to comment
Thomas Anderson Posted February 16, 2012 Report Share Posted February 16, 2012 well, that right to right click on my computer icon & select properties will show the Computer & Operationg sysytem info.U will also try to run a command from start --> Run or Win button + R & type the Winver, press OK.Provide the information of ur operating system.
