ApolloMars
I installed leopardxp BricoPack several days ago,cuz i really like the style, but i got some problems which i can resolve after then, there will be a big shadow in my desktop after i started my computer, and that can't be removed, and icons of taskbar haven't be changed,so i decided to installed it again, and i have to uninstall it firstly,i did exactly like what i was suggested by instruction, and reboot my pc,some of icons haven't be restored back to xp style, and i tried to install it again, and then be noted that "other shellpack is being uninstalled,i have to wait or reboot it again",and i repeated it over again and again, but nothing was changed,i think it must not be uninstalled completely, and don't know how to do.By the way, during the processes it created a lot of files in WINDOWS.I hope you guys could help,I really appreciate that.thanks a lot.my email is Apollomars@yeah.net Link to comment
username3d3
Did you create a Restore Point before installing the Bricopack? See I only installed the visual style, LeopardXP. Try to restore your computer to a time before you installed the BricoPack. Link to comment
ApolloMars
no,i didn't remember that, how can i do now? Link to comment
yorkey
Well go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore. Select "Restore my computer to an earlier time". Then select a day that was before the day you installed the pack, click next and read the instructions and that should help.I think System Checkpoints are created every 24 hours by default.
