Now i wanna customize windows by doing icons too. Which is the best icon changer/customizer available. Because i have some icons in PNG/ICO format and i want to apply them. Regards Link to comment

The downside is shareware, but at only $19.95 it's well worth it.You can could your icons yourself but it's a long and drawn out affair. Also there is also changing the .dll files too, but that not without it's risks too. Link to comment
