@ceroy
The Swine virus is not now so virulent, best method is always good hygiene, wash your hand, use disinfected soap, and never rub your eyes or put fingers in or near eyes and mouth like other flu virus... And if the warning had to go to 6 pandemic, therefore, it is advisable to use medical masks if you had to go or work in public places and high traffic. To prevent or lessen the consequences and thus be more resistant .. Take supplements of vitamin D, selenium, vitamin C (not too) and many proteins (the latter in the food, not supplements) Regarding supplements, always read the dosage and monitoring. Taken as indicated. Note that this does not replace the vaccine. Link to comment

matonga
Swine flu is "just" flu (but a worse one). Infection and prevention are the same than for other flus, so here you're:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flu#Infection_control Link to comment

jamal55
Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hands cleaners are also effective Try to avoid being around people who have the flu. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth to avoid transferring the virus. Stay home from work or school if you get sick. Limit contact with others to keep from infecting them. If you have the flu, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and toss the tissue in the trash after you use it. Link to comment
