[help] Sysstats Triggers Windows Installer Repeatedly

I was wondering if anyone could help me with sysstats, when I add certain sysstats docklet, the windows installer appears every 1 second until I remove the docklet, ive tried reinstalling and configuring the ini file, but I cant figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Version 1.9 Plus Build 535u

My system specs are:

Windows XP Pro SP3

AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 3.2 Ghz

4 Gb OCZ Platinum DDR2 800

GeForce 8600Gt 512MB
