Info Regarding Backup Files

After using flyakite for almost a year now, I've decided to return to a windows theme and bring my xp up to vista/windows 7 standards. Unfortunately, in a fit of stupidity I used the flyakite uninstaller to uninstall only the uninstaller and the backup files. So I'm looking through various recovery programs and I was hoping I could get some information regarding the backup files flyakite would make. Specifically the filetype, maybe average size, and directory.

I need to recover these files because I'm assuming that they contain all the backups for my windows icons, windows bootscreen, etc., so re-installing flyakite and then properly uninstalling it would only return me to my current state. Information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
