xcgurl08
I was not satisfied with the application, so I tried to restore to the restore point that the computer created when the application was installed. That did not work. I uninstalled the application. That did not work fully. It moved the taskbar to the bottom of the screen and changed the background, but that was it. I still have the apple startup screen, login screen, icons, and programs that were installed with the app. Also, my quick launch bar no longer works, i.e. clicking the icons does not elicit a response. Some of the original programs for these shortcuts no longer respond either (i.e. AIM6). Also, shortcuts in the start menu no longer respond either. When I find the containing folder, some of the executable files are removed, and there is the option to uninstall these programs, but when I attempt to open the uninstall file, nothing happens. xcgurl08
Oh yeah, it's now impossible for me to do another system restore. I went to accessories>system tools and clicked on system restore, and there was no response. Link to comment
