divyanshuduttaroy
I just started using this dock. It's so amazing! lightweight, gorgeous....not enough words.Just one thing though: am I missing something or does it indeed not have the 'minimize windows' and 'magnify icons' feature yet? abarnes94
Is there a way to minimize windows to the dock? I just switched to XWD from ObjectDock today and I really miss that functionality. Am I just not seeing it/looking in the right place for the option, or is that ability not included in XWD?Thanks, it's an awesome dock! Link to comment

sirjamesorr
altho the dock does look and work great i have found a problem with the stacks as if u close the dock then you have to reset the folder destination for the stack. another thing i would like to see in a updated version is for being able to automatically hide the dock like you can the windows taskbar. it would also be nice for if you do not have the reserve screen area enabled if you could hold your mouse at the bottom of the screen and the dock pops up over the window you are on until you move your cursor back onto the window. and one more thing i would like to see as an option is being able to have up to 7 items zoom in on the dock when you put your cursor over the dock as a option so that you dont have to have it zoom it if u dont like, basically the zoom feature that the dock version before this had. =] thatx, just wanted to tell you some desired features i would like to seeoh and as said by another person being able to minimize windows to the dock icon itself and using shift+click to open another instance of the program =] that would be quite helpful but i still want the minimized windows to be shown in the taskbar also Link to comment
niko86dg
hi, it´s really good job, but some feedback for a better use if it possible:1. Can change icons of the stacks, only show the icons inside the folder, i can´t change it.2. 3d mode to top position and fan display too. Many people use this launcher not for deskmodding... :S3. appear effects when i click any stack icon, like leopard =)Sir, it´s a very good job, i download and a say OMG!!!thanks!!! Link to comment
reenan
hey bobah, some news about XWD2? ^^Minor Edit:Oh yeah, I forgot to say! I found something that looks like a bug. If I have a shortcut to an app on desktop, and try to place it on the dock it doesn't work. Looks like I've just added a blank file to dock. I have to go where the app is and place the .exe directly on the dock. Edited April 17, 2010 by Reenan Link to comment
popoff1998
Very promising dock but with a very slow development. I think that when windows 8 itself implements a dock, xwd 2.0 final will be ready.Any way, thanks for your effort.Regards. Link to comment

BOBAH13
No problems guys I'm sorry for now I'm not sure that we have new version soon. Will see, may be when I will finish university's semester (in june/july) I will add more features, but also it can be so that development will be stopped at all. Will see Link to comment
reenan
Ohh man, can't wait to see it finished!I'll need to use other dock because, right now, XWD isn't attending to my needs :/ Link to comment

T0Play
Hi, I have loved and used XWdock for many months now, but for some reason this weak My shortcuts on all my containers have stopped working. Only locations circled in my attached picture work (My computer, Faisal, and My Book). The rest do nothing when i click on them. Any ideas on what i might have done that has caused this problem? I have un-installed several programs to see if maybe thats what caused it, and run XWDock as administrator, but nothing seems to have worked, I have even re-installed XWDock, and that didn't work either. My Container plug-in Points to the "My Links" folder. When i go to that folder and click on the shortcuts there, they work fine and take me to my desired location. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have used and purchased Objectdock many months back, before finding XWDock, but i dont want to go back to it cause it looks so childish compared to XWDock. BOBAH13.... please dont quit on XWDock!!!!!! Link to comment
