Need Some Final Things To Make Windows Look Like A Mac, Help?

So! I have gotten a dock, a background, Launch pad, And Dashboard like things!

And I Need some help, When use ObjectBar, It Is messed up and Rocket Dock does not respond, So I need a Goot Finder Bar.

And All the Looca links are dead for finder.

And I have Rosie 1.0 But all there is is a apple logo and a clock! And I can't find themes//

And Lastly, I would like the Mac windows close Max and Minimize buttons

Please Help!

And I have already searched the whole fourm..
