Updating Stack

Hello there!

I have a silly question. I have a folder named PROGRAMS where I have all my icons. That folder works fine, but when I add more icons, these new icons doesn't appear. I have to create a different folder for this to work fine. Am I doing something wrong? What is the correct way to do this?
