Legend worked perfectly with

Windows 7 32bit

having issue with the next/previous track buttons, play/pause works fine.

using windows 7 and Itunes 8.

Same here too. Play/pause work fine and next/previous track buttons are not working. My keyboard is also Comfort Curve Keyboard 2000.

Can anyone help me please?

Works fine with iTunes 9. Make sure you place the plguin in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes Plug-ins

Oh wow thanks for this - works fine for iTunes 9 / Windows 7 32bit (with my notebook media keys). Just make sure you restart iTunes if you copy the file in while it's still running.

With iTunes 9 / Windows XP I had to create the following directory structure:

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes Plug-ins

(My XP didn't have the "Roaming" folder structure)

I have a standard PS/2 keyboard for a Toshiba laptop, running Windows 7 and itunes 9. When I start itunes, the media keys always work for a while, but after I go back to looking at the itunes window, the media keys no longer work when itunes is in the background? Any ideas of what's going on, or how to fix it?

Doesn't work for me.I'm using Microsoft's Natural 4000 keyboard & Windows XP, Itunes 9.0.1.8. I never had a problem with this before my work switched out my computer. My last computer & keyboard functioned just fine.

I have placed that mmKeys.dll in all of the suggested folders.

If you have a multimedia keyboard with Play, Stop, etc. buttons, you've probably noticed that those keys only work if the iTunes window is the active window.

this plugin fixes it

You should put it in C:\Program Files\iTunes\Plug-Ins

EDIT: Hmmm, thought it was working but it isn't. I tried restarting iTunes many times and no go. Using a Logitech G15 keyboard.

I did place it in "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes Plug-ins"

Wanted to say thanks. Just got an Alienware and finally have everything setup like I wanted to. This was the last thing :-) Works on 7 Ultimate 64 bit and iTunes 10
